Construction HSE Manager

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor the implementation of the HSE Policy and management system at the site
• Perform Job Hazardous Analysis (JHA) and participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
• Verify the adequacy and application of the site HSE plan and all related procedures
• Ensure subcontractors perform activities in accordance with applicable HSE procedures, regulations, and standards
• Organize and participate in periodic HSE walk-arounds, inspections, and audits
• Coordinate site HSE training activities and lead the site HSE committee
• Lead and coordinate the site emergency response team and fire prevention/fighting team
• Conduct full investigations of work accidents to identify corrective measures and prevent reoccurrence
• Prepare HSE monthly progress reports and update site HSE statistics to track performance against project objectives

Requirements

• University Degree or Diploma in Engineering or an equivalent field
• Minimum 15 years of HSE experience in construction, fabrication, installation, or commissioning
• Extensive experience within the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries
• Proven track record in at least 3 major EPC projects
• NEBOSH GC/IGC certificate is required

Preferred Qualifications

• ARAMCO approval is highly preferred
