Construction HSE Field Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Verify and ensure all field activities comply with HSE policies, regulations, standards, and procedures.
• Perform Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
• Organize and participate in periodic HSE site walk-arounds, inspections, and audits.
• Monitor subcontractor activities to ensure adherence to all applicable HSE regulations.
• Coordinate and participate in on-site HSE training activities and personnel indoctrination.
• Lead and coordinate the site emergency response team and fire prevention/fighting team.
• Conduct full investigations of work accidents to identify corrective measures and prevent reoccurrence.
• Prepare HSE documentation, including monthly progress reports, site statistics, and meeting minutes.
• Manage work permits in cooperation with the client.

Requirements

• University Degree or Diploma in Engineering or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 10 years of HSE experience in construction, fabrication, or commissioning within the oil & gas or petrochemical industries.
• Proven experience working on major EPC projects.
• Valid NEBOSH GC or IGC certificate.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ARAMCO approval is highly preferred.
