Construction HSE Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Verify and ensure all field activities comply with HSE policies, regulations, standards, and procedures.
• Perform Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
• Organize and participate in periodic HSE site walk-arounds, inspections, and audits.
• Coordinate and participate in HSE training activities and site emergency response drills.
• Lead and coordinate the site HSE committee and emergency response/fire prevention teams.
• Investigate work accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective measures.
• Manage HSE documentation, including site statistics, monthly progress reports, and accident records.
• Monitor subcontractor compliance with all applicable HSE regulations and standards.

Requirements

• University Degree or Diploma in Engineering or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 12 years of HSE experience in construction, fabrication, or commissioning.
• Proven experience within the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries.
• Extensive experience working on major EPC projects.
• Valid NEBOSH GC or IGC certificate.
• ARAMCO approval is considered a significant advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
