Construction Group Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in charge of minor and major rehabilitation projects for hotel assets within the Construction and Engineering department
• Define project objectives, specifications, and organizational structures
• Manage project planning, resource allocation (human, logistical, and financial), and cost engagement
• Oversee all project stages to ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and safety protocols
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions and progress plans
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including procurement, finance, legal, and various technical partners
• Monitor project advancement and ensure the quality of technical documentation and deliverables

Requirements

• Higher education degree in a relevant field
• 10+ years of project management experience
• Proven expertise in large-scale TCE (Tous Corps d'État) operations
• Significant experience in Project Owner (MOA) roles, including managing Project Managers (MOE)
• Experience managing complex assets or working within the hotel sector
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple technical stakeholders and design offices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with heavy rehabilitation projects
• Proficiency in managing the full design phase from programming through technical studies
• Ability to pilot complex operational programs with high precision and technical rigor
