Construction Field Expeditor

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite delivery of materials, tools, equipment, and supplies to project sites
• Maintain communication between field personnel, project managers, vendors, and contractors
• Track material orders, deliveries, shortages, and back orders
• Verify on-site materials and equipment against purchase orders
• Support field leadership with daily operational needs and problem resolution
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, receipts, and equipment usage
• Monitor project progress and communicate potential delays to management
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and customer requirements
• Support inventory management and material control processes

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Valid TWIC card
• Active status in DISA
• Thorough understanding of OSHA regulations
• Computer literacy
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively
• Ability to climb structures and work at heights
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship
• Ability to pass a 10-panel urinalysis and breath alcohol test

Preferred Qualifications

• Industrial plant or construction experience
