Construction Estimator

Responsibilities

• Processing technical and economic calculations for construction projects
• Preparing price offers based on project documentation
• Creating and checking bills of quantities
• Preparing documentation for tenders and competitions
• Communicating with suppliers and subcontractors and evaluating their offers
• Collaborating on supplier selection and budget preparation
• Monitoring prices of materials and construction works
• Working in the ITWO budgeting software
• Participating in meetings with investors and partners

Requirements

• Secondary or higher education in civil engineering (Civil Works)
• Technical thinking and interest in construction issues
• Ability to work with project documentation
• Responsibility, precision, and willingness to learn
• Proficiency in PC use (knowledge of budgeting software is an advantage)
