Construction Equipment Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair machinery, including forklifts, wheel loaders, and crawler cranes
• Perform thorough inspections after repairs to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Diagnose operational issues and propose effective solutions
• Process work orders in the computer system and ensure follow-up
• Handle requisitions for spare parts
• Occasional travel to other terminals across the province to support operations

Requirements

• Professional training in construction equipment mechanics
• DEP in heavy vehicle mechanics may be considered
• Welding skills (asset)
