Construction Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to understand client needs and project requirements
• Coordinate and participate in teleconferences between project teams
• Evaluate and coordinate cost and quantity estimates
• Prepare and coordinate the completion of technical documentation and reports
• Provide technical and financial optimization recommendations for projects
• Verify availability and adequacy of project information including plans, specifications, and geotechnical studies
• Analyze technical execution documentation and monitor its application on-site
• Monitor construction works to ensure quality, safety, and technical compliance
• Participate in site activity planning and coordination with execution teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Track execution schedules and report delays, non-conformities, or risks
• Participate in material reception and verify quality and conformity documentation
• Prepare and update technical documentation such as progress reports and site minutes
• Monitor implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) measures on site
• Support the project manager with technical information and work status reports
• Participate in technical meetings, progress meetings, and site inspections

Requirements

• Higher technical education in construction
• Intermediate level English proficiency
• Proficiency in Windows and MS Office
• Minimum 3 years of work experience
• Strong teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HSE supervision and environmental protection
• Experience in energy, steel, or oil industries
• Availability for site travel (25% – 50% of the time)
• Strong time management and attention to detail
