Construction Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support construction organization during the bid and execution phases of onshore activities for the Liverpool Bay project.
• Manage interfaces between engineering and procurement departments to ensure material and equipment availability.
• Define construction strategies and execution plans in support of the project organization.
• Ensure full compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and project-specific requirements.
• Coordinate with the Project Team to establish time schedules and monitor progress.
• Resolve technical problems encountered during work execution and propose solutions for deviations.
• Supervise and monitor works performed by subcontractors or direct hires, including resource coordination.
• Prepare RFQs, Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE), and construction methods during bid and executive stages.
• Monitor production parameters, man-hours, and cost estimates for scope of work changes.

Requirements

• Fluency in the English language.
• Proven experience in construction strategy definition and execution planning.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedure compliance and quality standard implementation.
• Ability to provide technical problem resolution in a construction environment.
• Experience in resource coordination and managing vendor/specialist activities.
