Construction Engineer

Responsibilities

• Pilot and coordinate heavy building rehabilitation works in the Paris and Île-de-France region
• Manage projects valued between €1M and €4M, including structural underpinning and extensions
• Ensure client satisfaction by respecting costs, deadlines, quality, and safety regulations
• Prepare sites by consulting subcontractors and launching execution studies
• Conduct daily site supervision, including site meetings and subcontractor coordination
• Manage projects through to completion and follow up on Perfect Completion Guarantees (GPA)
• Guarantee the profitability and economic performance of projects

Requirements

• Higher education degree specializing in building (Architect, Engineer, or University degree)
• At least 3 years of experience in TCE (All Trades) construction management
• Ideally experienced in heavy building rehabilitation
• Autonomous with strong technical expertise and interpersonal skills
