Construction Electrical Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Direct subcontractor activities to ensure plant construction works follow erection schedules and project documents
• Ensure works are performed within assigned cost budgets and according to quality and safety procedures
• Check supplier material and technical documentation delivery schedules against construction schedules
• Verify that subcontractor equipment and manpower are adequate and conform to design documents
• Prepare non-conformity registers and coordinate resolutions for each subcontractor
• Detect and rectify design errors or request necessary changes from site engineers
• Manage vendor specialists and approve subcontractor work progress status sheets
• Assist contract engineers in defining new prices and analyzing subcontract claims

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 8 years of work experience
• Significant experience in a similar position on EPC Oil & Gas projects or Refineries
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent management and attention to detail
