Construction Electrical Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Direct subcontractor activities for electrical engineering to ensure works align with erection schedules and project documents.
• Monitor equipment and manpower to ensure compliance with design documents, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Review supplier material and technical documentation delivery schedules to ensure alignment with construction timelines.
• Manage non-conformity registers for subcontractors and coordinate the resolution of any issues.
• Detect design errors and coordinate with Site Engineers for necessary rectifications.
• Verify and approve subcontractors' work progress status sheets.
• Assist Contract Engineers in defining new prices, preparing subcontract amendments, and analyzing claims.

Requirements

• University Degree or Diploma in a relevant electrical discipline or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in the electrical discipline.
• Proven experience in electrical supervision within industrial, refinery, or large-scale EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of SPMAT (Marian).
• Experience working on the contractor side of large-scale plant construction or modernization.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Excellent IT, analytical, and interpersonal skills with a strong attention to detail.
