Responsibilities
- Manage technical design for architectural lots (second œuvre, gros œuvre) and VRD
- Draft written documents including CCTP and CCAP
- Perform cost estimation, descriptions, and quantities
- Ensure the relevance of technical analyses and proposals
- Work on high-tech projects focused on energy and environmental performance
Requirements
- Initial training as a construction economist
- Proven experience in the building sector with TCE culture
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) tools
- Knowledge of regulations related to specific construction trades
- Strong interpersonal and commercial skills
- Rigor and attention to technical detail
