About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and estimates on existing heritage
- Draft notices during APS and APD phases including costings and quantities
- Draft CCTP, DQE, and DPGF documents
- Conduct tender analyses including negotiations with contractors
- Perform VISA for technical site documents
- Manage complete project management missions including technical design for architectural lots (second work, structural work)
Requirements
- Degree in construction economics
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field
- General knowledge of TCE (all trades) in building construction
- Mastery of regulations related to specific trades (fire safety, accessibility)
- Rigor and synthesis skills
- Clear and precise communication skills
- Attention to technical detail
