Construction CS Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform CS administrative duties for general construction and apartment projects
• Manage costs including defect repair budget review, execution, and changes
• Manage progress payments for business partners (BP)
• Negotiate with resident representative meetings and handle customer responses
• Lead, help, and check the CS pool of business partners

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in a related field
• Minimum 3 years of field experience in large-scale construction companies (construction or administration)
• Ability to work nationwide (headquarters and customer centers)

Preferred Qualifications

• Holders of relevant professional certifications are preferred
