Construction Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MxU construction with internal and external parties
• Coordinate site surveys and pre-construction meetings with property ownership or management
• Support MxU construction management for client FTTH deployment
• Interface with client MxU teams regarding project activities and administrative requirements
• Monitor quality assurance, schedule commitments, and troubleshooting
• Work cross-functionally to design scalable construction and installation processes
• Facilitate collaboration through clear communication and documentation
• Analyze data to make sound decisions and recommendations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in fiber construction, last-mile, and OSP with MxU focus
• Knowledge of local area dig laws
• Strong leadership skills to mentor subcontractors and vendors
• Strong understanding of fiber and coax engineering
• Proficiency with Google Suite tools
• Ability to use personal vehicle for field work with appropriate insurance
• Ability to perform job functions indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physical ability to walk extensively, sit, stand, and climb stairs
