Responsibilities
- Manage submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), and schedules across all active projects
- Maintain field documentation including Matterport scans, drone footage, and progress photos/videos
- Oversee warranty work, ensuring issues are logged, assigned, and fixed
- Conduct site walks during pre-acquisition, pre-construction, active construction, and compliance stages
- Provide actionable updates to the remote HQ and real estate teams
Requirements
- Degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Ability to travel approximately 70% of the time
- Fluency in standard construction documentation (submittals, RFIs, schedules, close-out)
- Experience with Matterport and jobsite photo workflows
- FAA Part 107 drone certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Strong communication skills to translate field conditions for remote teams
