Construction Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction field and office operations within the assigned area
• Manage subcontractors, including dispatching, payroll, and performance monitoring
• Enforce safety and quality standards through daily audits and chargebacks
• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders as the primary point of contact
• Conduct regular community visits and attend on-site builder meetings
• Perform field tasks including material delivery and small punch roof repairs
• Coordinate work orders and schedules using Dynamics and Skedulo
• Manage material shortages, overages, and model discrepancies

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction management or a similar leadership role
• Essential background in residential roofing
• Proficiency in Dynamics and Skedulo
• Experience with subcontractor coordination and payroll management
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned area
• Ability to work weekends or holidays based on business needs
