Construction Commercial Pricing & Programming Auditor

Responsibilities

• Perform audits of all manual and automatic discounts claimed during vehicle settlements to end customers
• Evaluate internal controls and compliance with company policies
• Manage and communicate chargeback findings with field salespeople when discounts do not meet audit requirements
• Support program managers with the creation or editing of new programming to ensure audit standards are met
• Train field and inside sales teams on program auditing processes and annual programs
• Review program documents and communications for correctness and proper formatting prior to publication
• Maintain proper documentation and workflow for the program exception process
• Represent the team as a subject matter expert on program audits for ad hoc projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and minimum of 1 year of experience in Audit, Financial Analysis, Public Accounting, Data Analysis, or related fields
• OR an Associate's degree in a relevant discipline and 3 years of related experience

• Experience with Salesforce
• Experience with SAP
