Responsibilities
- Managing construction legal risk across the organization
- Advising on construction contract negotiations, implementation, and compliance
- Overseeing construction dispute resolution, including litigation
- Coordinating cross-functionally to facilitate ambitious construction timelines
- Drafting and advising on leases and commercial contracts
- Assisting the General Counsel with other legal issues as needs arise
Requirements
- J.D. degree
- 5+ years of legal experience (including clerkships)
- Substantial experience in construction law
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed
- Ability to work onsite full-time in Los Angeles, CA
