Responsibilities

  • Managing construction legal risk across the organization
  • Advising on construction contract negotiations, implementation, and compliance
  • Overseeing construction dispute resolution, including litigation
  • Coordinating cross-functionally to facilitate ambitious construction timelines
  • Drafting and advising on leases and commercial contracts
  • Assisting the General Counsel with other legal issues as needs arise

Requirements

  • J.D. degree
  • 5+ years of legal experience (including clerkships)
  • Substantial experience in construction law
  • Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed
  • Ability to work onsite full-time in Los Angeles, CA
