Construction Area Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction field and office operations within the assigned area
• Manage subcontractors, including dispatching, payroll, and performance monitoring
• Enforce safety and quality standards through daily audits and chargebacks
• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders as the primary point of contact
• Conduct site visits to ensure operational success and project alignment
• Coordinate material deliveries and perform small punch roof repairs as needed
• Document all community visits, safety tickets, and operational activities in Dynamics

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction management or a similar leadership role
• Essential background in residential roofing
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Dynamics and Skedulo
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety standards
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned area
• Ability to work weekends or holidays based on business needs
