Construction Administrator

Responsibilities

• Act as the daily on-site liaison between construction managers, general contractors, clients, and AE teams
• Administer construction contracts with a focus on quality and cost control from project start-up to closeout
• Review and interpret construction documents and develop sketches related to field conditions
• Process and answer Requests for Information (RFIs) and submittals within contractual timeframes
• Resolve jobsite problems, coordinate bulletins to contract documents, and consult with senior leadership
• Perform periodic QA/QC construction site visits and monitor closeout submittals
• Prepare daily reports and adhere to all on-site project procedures and safety requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field
• 10+ years of related professional experience
• Strong knowledge of building codes and requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
• Proficiency in Procore and ACC
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Healthcare and/or Institutional projects
• Professional Registration or Licensure
• LEED accreditation
