Consolidation Officer

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of semi-annual and annual group consolidations and cashflow statements
• Document the calculation and posting of consolidation adjustments
• Collect and validate financial reporting packages from various subsidiaries
• Follow up with local finance teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information
• Assist in the reconciliation of intercompany balances and investigate mismatches
• Provide supporting documentation and explanations for audit purposes
• Support the reporting of consolidated figures to internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain and optimize financial master data and the chart of accounts
• Contribute to the development of the Group Accounting Manual and investigate new consolidation software

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in accounting or a similar role
• Excellent accounting knowledge and understanding of IFRS
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills in English
• Experience with Microsoft Finance & Operations or consolidation software is an advantage
