Consolidation and International Accountant

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, including accruals and intercompany eliminations, in accordance with GAAP
• Complete month-end close processes, including balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
• Support international accounting by assisting with financial statement preparation and cash forecasting
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support business decision-making
• Collaborate with international finance teams to ensure proper intercompany accounting and partner tagging
• Assist with audit requests from external auditors and support special projects as assigned
• Work closely with the consolidation manager on technical areas such as lease accounting (ASC 842)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 1 to 3 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial analysis
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA track preferred
• Experience in public accounting or a corporate environment
