Conserje

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and maintenance of assigned areas within specific buildings or multiple client sites
• Empty and clean all waste containers, removing trash and debris to designated areas
• Clean and maintain ash receptacles and replenish sand as needed
• Dust all surfaces including picture frames, upholstery, ceiling diffusers, and air conditioning vents
• Vacuum carpets, hallways, and lobby areas
• Clean and polish office furniture, filing cabinets, glass surfaces, and metal fixtures
• Sweep, mop, and polish tile and hard flooring surfaces
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and replenish necessary supplies
• Clean and sterilize water coolers

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a janitorial or concierge-style role
• Ability to follow both written and oral instructions effectively
• Flexibility to perform various tasks based on specific client needs
