About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement best practices in talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with global, national, and local HR functions to execute initiatives aligned with company vision and values.
- Support the HR Director in local implementation of change management, communications, and problem-solving.
- Advise and support managers in building engaged, high-performing, and diverse teams.
- Proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of HR programs and policies while ensuring local regulatory compliance.
- Execute administrative tasks including data collection, reporting, and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar HR role within a manufacturing environment.
- Intermediate English proficiency for collaboration with North American teams and international stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Workday.
- Experience using ADP Workforce Now.
