- Act as a brand ambassador for Chloé, welcoming guests and providing exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by managing a personal portfolio of VIC and VVIC customers.
- Execute personalized reach-out campaigns and utilize clienteling tools to meet CRM targets.
- Drive business performance by utilizing omnichannel services to grow sales and meet individual KPIs.
- Maintain an impeccable store environment by ensuring visual merchandising compliance and high standards of grooming.
- Support operational excellence through stock management, inventory participation, and after-sales service follow-ups.

- Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service within a luxury retail environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM and clienteling tools to manage customer data and engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Experience working with omnichannel service models to enhance the customer journey.
