Responsibilities
- Pre-select candidates to enrich the nanny talent pool
- Match nannies with childcare missions
- Support families and nannies throughout the duration of the care
- Build loyalty with both families and nannies
Requirements
- Bac +2 degree
- Strong telephone presence and communication skills
- Comfortable with IT tools
- Ability to balance commercial goals with customer relationship management
