Conseiller Médico-Technique Respiratoire

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical interlocutor for pulmonologists, hospital services, and clinics to ensure high-quality respiratory care.
• Manage the end-to-end patient journey, from coordinating documentation with administrative teams to ensuring treatment adherence.
• Provide technical expertise and training to healthcare professionals on medical devices and respiratory treatments (ventilation, sleep apnea, oxygen therapy, etc.).
• Train patients and their families on the proper use, maintenance, and safety protocols of prescribed medical equipment.
• Conduct regular follow-up visits, including equipment inspections, oxygen deliveries, and treatment monitoring.
• Maintain rigorous documentation, including delivery slips, medical prescriptions, and intervention traceability.
• Participate in medical events, congresses, and clinical studies to support the business and professional relations.

Requirements

• Technical mastery of medical oxygen and respiratory medical devices.
• Strict knowledge and application of Good Dispensing Practices (BPDO).
• Strong pedagogical skills with the ability to train both medical professionals and patients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly when interacting with medical teams.
• Business-oriented mindset with the ability to act as a brand ambassador and build long-term partnerships.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage complex patient cases and coordinate home care interventions.
