About the role
Responsibilities
- Advise and accompany clients (vendors and buyers) throughout their real estate project, securing the journey up to final signature and providing legal and fiscal guidance
- Prospect and develop your territory through targeted actions, portfolio acquisition, and service promotion
- Estimate properties via visits, draft valuation reports, and secure mandates (exclusive or duo)
- Market properties by creating listings, conducting virtual or physical visits, managing buyer files, and negotiating offers
- Draft sales agreements and manage the complete transaction file (DPE, contracts, etc.)
- Report activity to the Transaction Manager
Requirements
- BAC or BAC+2 degree or equivalent (BTS in Real Estate Professions, Negotiation and Client Relations, etc.)
- Strong command of prospecting and sales techniques
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market
- Tenacious, reactive, and attentive to client needs
- Results-oriented with good stress management and a focus on client satisfaction
