Conseiller Immobilier

Responsibilities

• Advise and accompany clients through property transactions from initial consultation to final signature
• Prospect and develop business in the assigned Mulhouse sector through direct outreach and portfolio development
• Estimate property values, draft valuation reports, and secure exclusive or dual mandates
• Market properties through listings, photo reports, physical and virtual visits, and buyer file management
• Prepare complete sales files, draft preliminary contracts, and negotiate offers
• Report activity and performance to the Transaction Manager

Requirements

• BAC/BAC+2 or equivalent in real estate or client relations
• Mastery of prospecting and sales techniques
• Good knowledge of the local real estate market
• Tenacity, reactivity, and strong listening skills
• Taste for challenge with solid stress management and client satisfaction orientation
