About the role
Responsibilities
- Advise and support clients (buyers and sellers) throughout the real estate transaction until final signature
- Prospect and develop your local territory through direct outreach and portfolio acquisition
- Estimate property values, conduct visits, and draft exclusive or duo mandates
- Market properties by creating listings, organizing visits, managing buyer files, and negotiating offers
- Prepare sales agreements and coordinate the complete sales dossier
- Report activity to the Transaction Manager
Requirements
- BAC/BAC+2 or equivalent (BTS Professions immobilières, Négociation et Relation Client, or similar)
- Strong command of sales and prospecting techniques
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market
- Tenacious, reactive, and attentive to client needs
- Ability to manage stress with client satisfaction as a priority
