Conseiller Immobilier

Responsibilities

• Advise and accompany clients through their real estate projects, from initial consultation to final signature
• Prospect and develop your territory through targeted outreach and portfolio acquisition
• Appraise properties, draft valuation reports, and secure exclusive or duo mandates
• Market properties by creating listings, conducting visits, and managing buyer files
• Prepare sales documents including DPE reports and draft compromis de vente
• Report activity to your line manager and ensure a positive client experience

Requirements

• BAC or BAC+2 equivalent, preferably in real estate or client relations
• Mastery of prospecting and sales techniques
• Good knowledge of the local real estate sector
• Tenacity, reactivity, and strong listening skills
• Appetite for challenge and ability to manage stress
• Client satisfaction as a top priority
