About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage opening and closing of the cash register system and follow payment procedures
- Organize financial transfers to banks and manage safe access securely
- Perform and monitor administrative tasks in coordination with the accounting and finance department
- Ensure customer satisfaction through service quality and smooth checkout flow
- Advise customers on products and solutions
- Participate in managerial rituals and continuous process improvement
- Work transversally with various departments including sales and customer experience
- Support and train new employees to develop their autonomy and skills
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role within the distribution sector
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Strong organizational skills and rigor
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Physical capability to handle heavy loads and use handling equipment in a cool environment
