Responsibilities

• Welcome clients in the agency or contact prospects via various channels
• Listen to client needs to provide tailored insurance solutions and quotes
• Manage and develop a client portfolio by selling insurance services and contracts
• Maintain long-term client relationships by updating contracts and adapting coverage to evolving risks
• Respond to client inquiries and email requests promptly

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer relations or a commercial/sales background
• Strong listening skills and a client-oriented mindset
• Demonstrated ability in sales and negotiation
• Strong analytical skills to find appropriate solutions for clients
• Ability to work in a team while maintaining a drive for individual challenges
