About the role
Responsibilities
- Guarantee the best shopping and service experience for customers in all areas (aisles, checkout, fitting rooms)
- Receive, prepare, and implement products
- Apply merchandising rules and maintain attractive aisles (Full, Clean, Tidy, Labeled)
- Promote omnichannel offers
- Contribute to daily site activity and collective performance
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a boutique manager or lead salesperson
- Desire to evolve into an Assistant Store Manager role within 18 months
- Strong interpersonal skills and listening abilities
- Ability to work 25h per week during the summer (preferably July, August, and September)
- Passion for customer service and teamwork
