Responsibilities

• Act as a key brand ambassador, embodying the excellence of the Maison and delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Manage and exceed personal sales targets by following brand strategies and utilizing CRM tools.
• Organize private events for VIP clients and develop effective action plans to drive performance.
• Represent the brand through impeccable customer service and deep product knowledge.
• Maintain the boutique's visual merchandising and ensure an impeccable brand image.
• Build authentic client relationships and manage the customer database to enrich client loyalty.
• Coordinate after-sales service and handle client inquiries or complaints with care.
• Participate in inventory management, stock control, and the maintenance of timepieces in the boutique.

Requirements

• Higher education degree with an orientation toward international markets.
• Proven experience in luxury or premium sales environments.
• Fluency in English is indispensable for interacting with a cosmopolitan clientele.
• Strong storytelling skills combined with technical mastery to engage collectors and enthusiasts.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to thrive in an environment of excellence.
• Proactive attitude and a strong team spirit.
