Responsibilities

• Act as a product specialist and promoter regarding seasonality, sourcing, and culinary knowledge
• Manage shelf stocking and ensure product presentation standards
• Advise and propose solutions to professional clients to develop their business
• Drive sales performance through client immersion, phone calls, and site visits
• Share customer feedback and best practices with internal departments
• Propose commercial animations and partnership actions with the purchasing department
• Train sales advisors and commercial employees on product knowledge and professional techniques
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a retail or commercial environment
• Proven expertise in Fruits and Vegetables
• Bac+2 level qualification (e.g., BTS MUC)
• Strong commercial and sales skills
