Responsibilities

• Welcome, advise, sell to, and build loyalty with customers
• Perform product management tasks including attaching security tags, folding, and ironing
• Manage defective items and customer returns
• Handle deliveries and monitor stock replenishment
• Execute visual merchandising to highlight products effectively
• Ensure compliance with all Desigual procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma (Baccalauréat)
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar retail role
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Dynamic, sociable, and proactive personality with product sensitivity
• Proficiency in English
