About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop company turnover through remote commercial relationships
- Manage inbound and outbound call flows
- Process orders via phone, email, fax, and EDI while respecting delivery constraints
- Provide technical product advice and information to customers
- Promote products, short-dated items, and commercial operations
- Manage stock shortages by proposing substitute products
- Negotiate sales prices in accordance with commercial direction
- Build trust and discover customer needs through active listening
- Coordinate with field sales teams to prepare calls and manage client portfolios
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety rules
Requirements
- Strong sense of service, reactivity, and dynamism
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency with IT tools (Word, Excel, email) and telephony
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
