Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound call flows
• Process orders from various channels (calls, email, fax, field sales) while respecting delivery and minimum order criteria
• Advise customers on product characteristics and technical specifications
• Promote short-dated products, high-risk items, and ongoing commercial promotions
• Manage stock shortages by proposing substitute products and informing clients
• Negotiate sales prices within authorized margins
• Build trust with clients and conduct needs discovery
• Communicate client feedback regarding logistics, service, and commerce to relevant departments
• Maintain company image through professional communication and conflict resolution
• Participate in supplier meetings, training, and culinary workshops
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations
• Manage client portfolios and collaborate with field sales representatives
