About the Company
Pro à Pro, a subsidiary of the METRO Group, is a major player in the out-of-home catering industry (RHD). We supply catering professionals (restaurateurs and local authorities) with a full range of products including groceries, beverages, fresh products, frozen goods, and hygiene supplies through personalized service.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of outbound calls
- Enter orders from outbound calls, emails, faxes, and field sales teams while respecting delivery deadlines and minimum order requirements
- Build a strong partnership with Sales Delegates to grow your portfolio
- Prepare calls to be proactive and develop business with clients
- Advise clients on product characteristics and provide technical advice
- Propose short shelf-life products, promotions, and manage commercial operations (incentives, animations)
- Manage product shortages globally
- Establish a relationship of trust with clients and uphold the company image
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proactive mindset
- Commitment to high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Interest in gastronomy and discovering new products
- Background in the catering/restaurant industry
