Conseiller Commercial

Responsibilities

• Manage and control the processing of all housing requests and transfers
• Market available housing within the assigned portfolio (Douaisis and Cambrésis sectors)
• Meet with prospects to study housing and transfer requests
• Analyze files, evaluate situations, and prepare complete dossiers for allocation commissions
• Update dossiers in the IKOS software
• Conduct housing visits and accompany future tenants until lease signing
• Contribute to vacancy management by following transfers and meeting objectives
• Study files from the Social Commission and implement appropriate solutions
• Identify files meeting priority criteria related to PDALHPD
• Work transversally with external partners and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Bac +2 level training in commercial or real estate fields
• Successful experience in a similar role, ideally in social housing
• Strong interpersonal skills and active listening
• Result-oriented and persuasive mindset
• Organized, rigorous, and reactive
