Responsibilities
- Convert new leads by contacting families who request quotes on the website
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via telephone
- Manage and retain existing clients by supporting them throughout their service
- Combine sales techniques with high-quality customer relationship management
Requirements
- Bac +2 degree
- Strong telephone presence and communication skills
- Proficiency with IT tools
- Dynamic personality with active listening skills
- Ability to work in a sedentary sales role
