About the role
Responsibilities
- Preselect candidates via telephone
- Conduct face-to-face recruitment interviews
- Assign childcare assignments
- Support nannies throughout their service duration
- Manage a client portfolio
Requirements
- Bac +2 degree
- Experience in recruitment (ideal)
- Experience working with children (animation, childcare, etc.)
- Strong telephone skills and commercial drive
- Proficiency with IT tools
- Positive team spirit and listening skills
