Conseiller Commercial Immobilier

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and retain B2B and banking prescribers in your sector
• Lead information and training meetings regarding products, taxation, and wealth investment
• Process B2C leads and opportunities from prescribers
• Advise clients and build solutions tailored to their wealth management objectives
• Perform sales and financing simulations
• Manage activity as a profit center and ensure regular reporting
• Coordinate files with the Back-Office and support clients until notary signature

Requirements

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in wealth real estate
• Strong knowledge of real estate taxation and financing
• Proficiency in B2B and B2C sales
• Ability to manage a sector autonomously and meet ambitious targets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with banking networks or prescribers
• Proficiency with industry tools such as Top Invest or equivalent
• Degree (Bac +3 to Bac +5) in commerce, banking, finance, or wealth management
