About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and retain sector partners such as brokers and real estate agencies
  • Lead information and training meetings regarding products, financing, and investment
  • Manage leads from partners and direct approaches to sell new housing (VEFA)
  • Advise clients on primary residences and real estate investment projects
  • Present programs, perform sales simulations, and create financing plans
  • Manage the sales process from reservation to notary signature
  • Coordinate files with the Back-Office and ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in residential real estate and/or investment
  • Proven expertise in selling new housing (VEFA)
  • Experience in B2C sales and working with professional prescribers (brokers/agencies)
  • Strong knowledge of real estate financing
  • Ability to manage a sector autonomously and meet commercial objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of real estate investment (furnished or unfurnished)
  • Proficiency with industry tools like Top Invest or equivalent
  • Degree (Bac +2 to Bac +5) in commerce, real estate, finance, or wealth management
