About the role
Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and retain sector partners such as brokers and real estate agencies
- Lead information and training meetings regarding products, financing, and investment
- Manage leads from partners and direct approaches to sell new housing (VEFA)
- Advise clients on primary residences and real estate investment projects
- Present programs, perform sales simulations, and create financing plans
- Manage the sales process from reservation to notary signature
- Coordinate files with the Back-Office and ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential real estate and/or investment
- Proven expertise in selling new housing (VEFA)
- Experience in B2C sales and working with professional prescribers (brokers/agencies)
- Strong knowledge of real estate financing
- Ability to manage a sector autonomously and meet commercial objectives
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of real estate investment (furnished or unfurnished)
- Proficiency with industry tools like Top Invest or equivalent
- Degree (Bac +2 to Bac +5) in commerce, real estate, finance, or wealth management
