Responsibilities

• Welcome clients in the agency and contact prospects to identify their needs
• Manage and develop a client portfolio by proposing and selling insurance services and contracts
• Respond to quote requests and client inquiries via email and phone
• Update contracts regularly to adapt pricing and coverage to evolving risks
• Act as a key guarantor of client satisfaction throughout their journey

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer relations and/or commercial/sales training
• Strong listening skills and a client-oriented mindset
• Demonstrated ability in sales and negotiation
• Analytical skills to find tailored solutions for clients
• Team spirit combined with a drive for challenges
