Responsibilities
- Provide advisory and assistance services to sellers and the dealer network
- Contribute to the achievement of Customer Department commitments regarding file processing quality and risk management
- Apply established processes and procedures for the study and acceptance of financing files
- Support the achievement of service objectives and propose continuous improvement actions
- Guide the network and customers with patience and professionalism throughout their experience
Requirements
- Bac+2 or Bac+3 degree
- Passion for customer relations with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit
- Proficiency in office and web tools
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously and propose solutions
