Responsibilities

  • Provide advisory and assistance services to sellers and the dealer network
  • Contribute to the achievement of Customer Department commitments regarding file processing quality and risk management
  • Apply established processes and procedures for the study and acceptance of financing files
  • Support the achievement of service objectives and propose continuous improvement actions
  • Guide the network and customers with patience and professionalism throughout their experience

Requirements

  • Passion for customer relations with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit
