About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead digital integration for the Vitals & Cardiology portfolio, managing the full solution lifecycle from discovery to EMR integration.
- Act as the primary technical partner for customers, working closely with CNIOs, EBME, and IT teams within the NHS.
- Drive top-line sales in connectivity solutions and manage the commercial responsibility for the cardiology portfolio in acute settings.
- Provide expert technical guidance during pre-sales to ensure smooth implementation and timely revenue recognition.
- Serve as the lead field resource for connected devices, network installations, and EPR connectivity options.
- Contribute market feedback and interoperability standards to drive product and integration enhancements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT, connected medical devices, or digital health.
- Strong understanding of hospital IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and connectivity standards including HL7, DICOM, and FHIR.
- Proven track record in systems integration or technical project leadership within regulated environments.
- Degree or professional level qualification in Digital IT or a similar field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical workflows to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and eligibility to work in the UK.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management qualification (such as Prince2).
- Foundational understanding of networking principles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, Smartsheet, Teams, and Excel.
